The Basotho Enterprises Development Corporation (BEDCO) is an agency of the Government of Lesotho that was established by an Act of Parliament: BEDCO Act No.9 of 1980 (as amended). The Corporation provides the following services to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs):
•Business Development Support Services.
•Business Capacitation.
•Incubation.
•Facilitation of access to Finance.
•Facilitation of access to Markets.
•Entrepreneurship Promotion.
BEDCO is therefore looking for a suitably qualified candidates to join its Team in the following Positions;

JOB SPECIFICATION
To develop, plan and implement the strategic direction of the Corporation towards the establishment and development of Basotho businesses. To be responsible for the overall management of the Corporation’s affairs as delegated by the BEDCO Board of Directors
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent. Project Management qualification will be an added advantage. Plus, Minimum Ten (10) years relevant working experience. Five (5) of which should have been at an Executive leadership level. Experience in dealing with International, Private Sector and donor funded organisations will be an added advantage.
Remuneration:
BEDCO offers competitive Market related remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
