Job Description
To provide Human Capital administrative services to line managers and staff in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Updating information on leave, employment history and qualifications/training and other employee information.
- Raising records for newly appointed employees and checking records for completeness.
- Preparing job adverts, processing applications for screening and shortlisting and preparing for interviews.
- Advising applicants on results.
- Preparing for on boarding and off boarding of employees.
- Compiling data from employee records and preparing reports.
- Storing and retrieving employee records and files on request.
