We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager/Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position requires a meticulous professional responsible for overseeing the organization, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data management tools and methodologies and possess strong analytical skills.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance data collection and processing systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management and analysis, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS spatial data management.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
