NALA BUTCHERY is primarily a family butcher shop in Maseru. We have served our customers well throughout the past 6 years and have performed exceptionally with our outside Butcher Grill. Nala Butchery prides itself on learning its customers’ taste, which has led us to develop our own signature Boer-Wors flavour.POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER (1)The Sales and Marketing officer reports to the Butchery Operations Manager and is responsible to achieve maximum sales, growth and account penetration selling the company’s products. He/she shall promote, sell, secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship approach.This role demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. The ideal candidate must possess proven strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact successfully with vendors, customers, and managers.Responsibilities:• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.• Make in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.• Taking customer orders and participate in the review of orders for customers.• React timeously to customer problems and needs.• Review daily out of stocks, shortages, transportations issues and implement solutions quickly.• Review, analyse and react to daily/weekly sales and margin reports looking for improvement opportunities.• Update customer profiles and customer call sheets to ensure proper pricing and accuracy of needed items.Requirements:• Consultative sales ability.• Must be self-motivated and accountable for time management without constant supervisor direction.• Exhibit strong customer relations skills and a sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Outlook.Qualifications:Certificate in Marketing/ equivalent.Interested Candidates are required to submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with copies of their educational certificates on the following email address: [email protected] by the 5th September 2024.
