Job Description

To provide Human Capital administrative services to line managers and staff in line with internal policies and procedures.

  • Updating information on leave, employment history and qualifications/training and other employee information.
  • Raising records for newly appointed employees and checking records for completeness.
  • Preparing job adverts, processing applications for screening and shortlisting and preparing for interviews.
  • Advising applicants on results.
  • Preparing for on boarding and off boarding of employees.
  • Compiling data from employee records and preparing reports.
  • Storing and retrieving employee records and files on request.
