Namlog Lesotho Operations is experiencing significant growth, actively expanding the fleet and currently has an opportunity for the key position of Branch Manager based in Maseru. Reporting to the Operations Director, this position will suit a dynamic self-starting person looking for long-term prospects within a rewarding entrepreneurial environment.
Job Description• Minimum of 8-10 years’ senior management experience in the transport and distribution industry
• Tertiary Qualification be advantageous;
• Experience in planning and managing operational budgets and financial activities;
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating operations on a national basis and abnormal loads including managing operations to cross-border countries;
• Hands-on experience in managing line-haul and fine distribution operations;
• Responsible for all HR, IR and management of employees;
• Responsible for Marketing and Sales and proven ability to manage fleet
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Ability to perform under pressure and willingness to work long hours when required
• Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
