Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will design, implement, and operationalize the NDSO integrated Management Systems: Monitoring and Evaluation, Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Management Systems. She/he will be responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and reporting of performance and results, providing regular project reports to the Management and Implementing Partners.
The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will work in close collaboration with The Ministry of Health-Supply Chain Management Department (SCMD and development partners. S/he will lead efforts to strengthen monitoring and evaluation and performance reporting within NDSO.
???????????????? ???????? ????????????????????????:
• Developing, implementing and maintaining the NDSO IMS (Integrated Management Systems) Including: Monitoring and Evaluation, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management Systems.
• Contribute to the development of NDSO IMS Strategic and Operational Plans and Objectives and Targets.
• Capacitate and enable Employees and Departments on their NDSO IMS roles and responsibilities
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the NDSO IMS and liaise with interested parties to meet
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Non-conformance Management.
• Managing and performing NDSO IMS risk assessments and the IMS Risk Management Software
• Manage the Document Management Process needs and expectations.
• Develop and review IMS related Policies, Procedures and SOP’s.
• Develop management reports and manage the management review meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, demographics, economics, or related field.
• Qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation will be an added advantage

• Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience.
