We are looking for a part-time, freelancing professional graphic designer to be working with Marketing Department to create and design various projects as assigned. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the accountabilities and job activities of the graphic designer include:
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials from Marketing Department.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials passed on from Marketing Department.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout to Management for Compliance approval.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Meet all deadlines set by Management.
• Completes projects by coordinating with Marketing Department.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with website design and updates
• MAC & PC knowledge, good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Associates degree in graphic design, communications or related field or equivalent experience is required.
