What you’ll do

Manages the daily activities of the Vodacom Business Sales team. Responsible for planning, managing and execution of the sales strategy. Manage the sales team target and ensure the team is fully aligned with targets requirements. 

Key Accountabilities
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) attainment for internal and external customers.
Provide support to external customers with a focus on exceptional customer service
Set and manage sales budgets including revenue and margins.
Lead Enterprise Sales team to achieve the operational and strategic objectives of Vodacom Lesotho.
Ensure 90% of deals sold are transitioned to the Client Services team smoothly.
Analyze customer base in the country and provide strategy to grow business according to market conditions.
Increase new customer acquisition, reduce churn and stimulate ARPU for Vodacom Lesotho.

Qualifications and Experience
A B. Comm Business Management or B. Comm Marketing and Management Science or Bachelors of Business Administration Degree.
At least 8 years customer service. 
Minimum of 5 years sales management experience plus 3 years at a managerial or supervisory level. 
Telecommunications experience or related industry will be an added advantage 
A Valid driver’s license
