Trucha Restaurant is looking for two passionate young waitrons to join in our team.

• service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent service. Waiters should be attentive to guests’ needs, address concerns, and process bills.
• Food and drink: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to guests, and ensure orders are correct and presentable.
• Table service: Set tables, clear dishes, and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Shift duties: Perform shift duties like rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, and wiping tables.
• Food safety: Follow health code standards for handling food.
• Menu knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Communication: Interact with guests, coworkers, and managers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Multitasking: Be able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of one year experience as a waiter/waitress.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi task and must be customer service oriented.
• Applicant must hold a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management from a Recognized Institution.
