The Directorate of Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DDPR) is a statutory body established in terms of the Labour Act No. 3 2024. It is a public institution whose operations are overseen by the Industrial Relations Council (IRC). Its main functions are to prevent and speedily resolve trade disputes through conciliation and/or arbitration and to advise employers, employees and their organizations, on the prevention of trade disputes at source.
The Directorate invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for one (1) position of Receptionist, tenable at the DDPR South region office in Mafeteng.

The receptionist shall be responsible for:
• operating the switchboard, attending to clients and visitors to the DDPR;
• records typing;
• maintain and control the office stationery stock and production of monthly reports thereto;
• custodian and manager for the region’s petty cash and production of monthly reports thereto;
• provide support to the case management office as and when necessary.

The requisite qualifications for the position are:
• Diploma in Office Administration and Management or Diploma in Hospitality Management, with at least three (3) years’ working experience as Secretary/Receptionist;
• The applicant should also have a good command of both Sesotho and English languages;
• Experience in book-keeping and accounting skills, will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal relationships and skills
