To provide operational support for the management of transport services within the Foundation.
No two days are alike at EGPAF, but what can you expect as a Title?
- Hold a current and valid drivers’ license relevant to the vehicle.
- Fill logbooks at the start and end of each trip accurately.
- Supervisor to review monthly trips and sign at the end of each month.
- Transport EGPAF Workplace staff to their places of work.
- Deliver specimen, medical supplies and other items as required.
- Inspect the vehicle and digitally fill out on daily basis an Inspection Form as outlined in Fleet Management System stating the true condition of the vehicle anytime before starting business of the day, or whenever there is an exchange of vehicles between the two drivers.
- Report immediately to the Chief Driver and District Lead when realizing any physical or performance change on the vehicle.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate fuel summary by capturing fueling activity and attaching fuel pump and receipt pictures.
- Comply with Road Traffic laws, rules and regulations. Penalties and spot fines incurred through conviction for breach of road laws are responsibility of the driver and cannot be claimed for reimbursement from Foundation, except where the driver was given the instruction to use the vehicle despite the reported faults, by the authority.
- Prepare the vehicle for each trip at least 30 minutes before commencement of the trip. This include full inspection of the vehicle, starting the engine, making it habitable for the passengers, etc.
- Notify Chief Driver or District Lead immediately of any adverse change to the status of their drivers’ license (i.e. revocation, suspension etc) and cease operating Foundation vehicles until the matter is resolved.
- Be cautious of the conditions when travelling on all types of roads and adjust speed accordingly to maintain safety compliance to the traffic laws.
- Put on headlights at all times while travelling on unsealed roads.

- Must have a minimum of a COSC school certificate
- Must have good communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Must be a holder of a valid heavy-duty code 10 driver’s license
- Must have good interpersonal skills.

- 2years working with donor funded NGO
