MANAGER- STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS
In the MANAGING DIRECTOR’S OFFICE
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the mentioned position. The position will be on a five-year performance-based contract and is based at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbent will be responsible to the Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, at least 4 should have been in a senior managerial position.
- Post Graduate in Public Relations/ Communications or related field.
- A course in Corporate Communication will be an added advantage.
- Work in a conflict-resolution environment with the public.
- Effective, independent decision maker
- Excellent public speaker
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Methodical and disciplined approach to work
- Excellent team leader, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be fluent in English and Sesotho
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Personal traits: self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, innovative, high integrity, and ability to work under pressure and beyond normal hours.
