Job Purpose
Responsible for the full range of kitchen duties normally encountered in institutional kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS
• COSC, Catering and Decoration
MAIN DUTIES
• Prepares and directs preparation of regular and special diet foods according to prescribed menus and recipes.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment and ensures that it is kept in safe and operable conditions
Personal Qualities
The incumbent must have the following qualities that would enable him/her to work in Roman Catholic Health Facility: Professionalism and Accountability, a high level of maturity, honesty and trustworthiness.
