Job Description
To provide subject matter expertise on all Insurance Products as a skill at a professional level through various communication channels to Standard Lesotho Bank Customers, underwriters, and all internal stakeholders (Standard Lesotho Bank Affluent and Main Markets, VAF, Credit card, Credit and home loans, Bancassurance) by resolving insurance policy queries, upselling, cross-selling across the various Insurance Products as per the multi-skilling Journey. In addition, provide support to the operations manager on new business placement requests and premium collection for the Personal Markets validate sales submitted, and ensure that the verification process is done on Mobility.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Admin Finance and Accounting or equivalent/relevant field of study with a minimum of 2 years of banking experience
- Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
