Job Purpose
To manage a team of technical subject matter experts and team leaders in support of stated objectives. The role further aims to support the Bank’s infrastructure, innovative initiatives and core processes. Moreover, the role is to provide support to all Bank’s projects, new value streams and business models that require IT expertise.
Job Responsibilities- Achieve client satisfaction objectives through business and IT collaboration.
- Support and improved delivery capabilities by building sound professional relationships, understanding and consistently meeting client needs.
- Support continuous improvement process delivery and ensure increased capacity delivery.
- Build sound, value adding professional relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper financing of the function by providing input into the compilation of budget in line with Finance requirements, based on planned projects and deliverables.
- Meet quality and turnaround standards in line with local and Group Technology (GT) strategic plan and by providing a flexible, low cost IT operating platform.
- Achieve business performance targets within required risk and compliance parameters through planning and organising.
- Achieve operational excellence and support the implementation of business optimisation improvement through team engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing IT Asset inventory and ensuring proactive maintenance thereof.

Degree in Computer Science or Degree in Engineering of Computer Systems & Networks/Electronics.
Postgraduate in Computer Science or Management Degree be an added advantage.
Essential Certifications- Advanced MS package qualifications ITIL Certification
- Certificate in infrastructure discipline Relevant Industry Technical certifications ITIL -Advanced TOGAF- Advanced
- PMBok or Prince 2
- Relevant Information Technology Certification
