Phelisanang Bophelong HIV/AIDS Network invites suitably qualified applicants to apply the following positions under the USAID Sustaining Epidemic Control through Unified Prevention (SECURE) Project. The scope of our work under SECURE is to improve coverage of non-discriminatory, client centred, integrated services across the continuum of care for key populations.

    PB will leverage on online platforms to provide crucial health information, support and resources to key populations. Online Mobilizer will use digital platforms to mobilize female sex workers (FSW), men having sex with men (MSM) and link them with health services. They will use the digital platforms to promote the HIV service package for MSM and FSW.

    • Utilizing online platforms to connect with MSM and FSW, share information, build trust and promote the HIV service package for these key populations.
    • Use online platforms to provide accurate and relevant health information to MSM and FSW about a variety of topics, including prevention, treatment, and resources.
    • Providing referrals to essential health services, resources and support networks for MSM and FSW.
    • Ensuring all interactions are confidential, using secure communication channels and protecting personal information.
    • Promote a safe and supportive online space where MSM and FSW feel comfortable sharing their experiences and seeking assistance.
    • Foster a sense of belonging and support within online communities, promoting positive interactions and engagement.
    • Analysing data to assess the program’s reach, impact, and effectiveness in meeting the needs of MSM and FSW.

    • Must have completed COSC / LGCSE or Equivalent
    • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in supporting interventions for Female Sex Workers (FSWs) and Men Having Sex with Other Men (MSMs).
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation software is essential.
    • Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills are crucial for building trust and engaging with FSWs and MSMs.
    • A thorough understanding of key populations’ issues, needs, and cultural contexts is imperative for effective online mobilization.
