Job Description

To manage current relationships and building new relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support on all merchant services related functions

  • Increase merchant base and customer acquisition though excellent customer service.
  • Improve uptime and availability of POS devices.
  • Reduce Deposita device queries due to improved reliability.
  • Improve merchant query turnaround times.
  • Enhance Deposita machine customer experience.
  • Increase revenue and profitability.
  • Merchant engagements through visitations and support
  • Manage and improve active Merchant base.
  • Adequate Inventory management.
