Team Leader – Horticulture Expert, Lesotho (Maseru)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to spearhead our initiative in developing the horticulture ecosystem. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, team management, and achieving sustainable development goals in Lesotho.

QUALIFICATION

• Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience.
• Specific Expertise: Deep understanding (10 years) of horticulture ecosystem development in Lesotho or a comparable context.
• Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in a business-related field.
• Other: Strong knowledge of Lesotho.

Estimated Contract Duration: 25 months.
