Position: Project Manager (Project-Based)

Description:
Ora Animation Hub is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the production of various animation projects on a project-by-project basis. You’ll manage timelines, communicate with clients, and ensure successful project delivery. This is a flexible, project-based position where compensation is tied to the completion and management of individual projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of animation projects.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the animation team.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate with animators, voiceover artists, and other team members to ensure smooth project flow.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the client on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or media-related industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.).

Compensation:
This is a project-based position, with payment determined by the size and scope of the projects managed. Fees will be agreed upon based on the complexity and duration of each project.
