Key Affected Populations Alliance of Lesotho (KAPAL) is a legally registered Sex Workers- led organisation in Lesotho. It was registered in 2017. The membership of the organization is made up of Female Sex Workers, Male Sex Workers, LGBTIQA+ Sex Workers and Allies.
The Vision of KAPAL is to become the leading organisation in creating a conducive environment where Sex Workers can operate legally and easily access Sexual Reproductive Health Rights Services and HIV/AIDS services and its mission is to build a sustainable movement that fights for the protection of Sex Workers Rights while also advocating for equitable access to Sexual Reproductive Health Rights services and HIV/AIDS Services.
KAPAL is part of the USAID – SECURE Project under the objective of improving uptake of combination prevention services according to the needs and life stages of people. The activities of the project include mobilisation of Female Sex Worker to access HIV/AIDS and SRHR services (HTS, PrEP, PEP, FP, TB Screening, STI Screening and management e.t.c)
Peer Educators will be mobilizing their peers in Maseru City Council, Mazenod Community Council, Mohlakeng Community Council, Manonyane Community Council and Ratau Community Council. Priority will be given to people who are already living in the above-mentioned councils.

• Three years’ experience in working on HIV/AIDS Programs for Female Sex Workers
• Experience in HTS will be an added advantage
