Question for Lesotho Society Of Mentally Handicapped

I'm a student at the National university of Lesotho and I've been assigned a presentation on the LSMHP, and my main question is what is the main aim of the society and how do you help the mentally handicapped persons, when the organisation was first founded and by whom?
