Question for Standard Lesotho Bank

Dear Sirs, we use to send money from Germany to the Anti Aids Club of Pitseng High School since several years. Now our last moneytransfer was not possible. The amount was 7000 Euro. Please could you let me know the reason? Is there is any new regulation that moneytransfers are not possible?. Thanks a lot in advance for your answer. Kind regards from Mrs. Iris Eberl
