Question for First National Bank, FNB Lesotho, Contacts, Branch Code

I forgot my online banking password and I tried to get a new one but the system doesn't allow me it says invalid account details yet they are correct,what can I do because the possibilities are rare to get to the bank I want to make transfers ASAP? Please help me
