• Ensuring the quality of product being produced is of the required standard
• Overseeing processes and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards at all stages of production
• Performing quality related investigations and root cause analysis
• Managing the Morama Holdings Quality Management System by managing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of records related to production and quality control
• Creation and Review of SOPs protocols and other process related documents like batch manufacturing records
• Reviewing, validating and reporting the batch manufacturing records to Morama Holdings Management
• Overseeing internal and external audit preparations and ensuring the company is always audit ready
• Releasing products that meet specifi cations and rejecting product where necessary
• Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products if necessary
• Overseeing quality control measures throughout the whole production process

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or related fi eld with 5 years working experience minimum.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GACP standards and all relevant legal requirements
• Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team eff ectively
• Health & Safety: Knowledge of health and safety best practices
