Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel and petrol vehicles, ensuring compliance with Isuzu standards.
2. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and determine appropriate repair procedures.
3. Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
5. Complete job cards, maintain detailed service records, and document all work performed.
6. Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
7. Stay updated with advancements in diesel and petrol engine technology and participate in training sessions provided by Isuzu.
Qualifications:
- National Certificate in Motor Mechanics or related field (a diploma and or trade-tested is an added advantage).
- 5 Credit LGCSE/IGCSA or equivalent, including english.
General Requirements:
- Proven 5+ years as a Motor Mechanic Technician
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- Familiarity with Isuzu vehicle models is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Perform duties independently in a timely, efficient manner, and as part of a team,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
