iiNdulge is a cosy upmarket coffee shop located in the heart of Maseru with a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a memorable journey for its customers. We are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager with experience in the food service industry, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of customer service.

Are you passionate about coffee, customer service, and driving sales? iiNdulge Coffee is seeking a motivated and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team, boost sales, and create unforgettable customer experiences.

Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of iiNdulge Coffee, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train front and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and exceptional customer service.
???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????:
• Implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase social media engagement and promote special offers.
• Develop loyalty programs and promotions to encourage repeat business.
• Partner with local businesses and organizations for catering and event opportunities.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and control costs.
• Financial Reporting: Work with the Junior Accountant to compile and review financial reports, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities, suppliers, and organizations to increase brand visibility and partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. OR/and Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic financial reporting.
