iiNdulge is a cosy upmarket coffee shop located in the heart of Maseru with a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a memorable journey for its customers. We are looking for a Junior Accountant with experience in the food service industry, strong analytical skills and attention to detail and excellent organizational and time- management skills.

• Manage daily financial transactions, including sales reconciliation and cash flow.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor and manage inventory costs and stock reconciliation.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the coffee shop manager to monitor and improve financial performance.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (experience in retail or hospitality is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
