JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for formulation of Training & Development policies and monitors their implementation to contribute to the availability of adequate, suitably qualified and highly productive personnel in the civil service.
MAIN DUTIES
JOB SPECIFICATION
Masters in Human Resources Management/Business Administration majoring inHuman Resources/Organisational Development or any other related discipline plus two (2) years working experience at managerial level.
OR
Post-graduate Diploma / Honours in Human Resources Management / Business Administration majoring in Human Resources / Organisational Development or any other related discipline with three (3) years working experience at managerial level.
OR
BA Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration majoring in Human Resources / Organisational Development or any other related discipline with five (5) years working experience at managerial level.
Experience in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
OTHER RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE
RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent has responsibility for directly supervising the entire divisional staff from the Deputy Director to the Training officer.
