Immigration consultants are essential in simplifying the immigration process, helping clients avoid common pitfalls, and increasing their chances of a successful visa and permit application.

The immigration consultant shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assessing Eligibility: Evaluating clients’ eligibility for various immigration options based on their background, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
• Advising on Immigration Options: Providing guidance on the best immigration pathways available, such as family sponsorship, skilled worker programs
• Gathering Documentation: Assisting clients in collecting the necessary documentation for their immigration applications.
• Preparing Applications: Preparing and submitting immigration applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all forms are correctly filled out and submitted on time.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
• Communicating with Clients: Regularly updating clients on the status of their applications and preparing them for interviews with immigration officials.
• Representing Clients: Representing clients in immigration hearings or legal proceedings if necessary.
• Providing Support: Offering advice on settling into a new country, such as finding accommodation, jobs, or schools.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring all client interactions are kept confidential and professional.
