Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at a Non-Profit Organization located in Maseru. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, ensuring effective communication within the organization, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
