Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform system analysis and integration and propose workable solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, including Networking, Mesh networks, RF networks, TCP/IP, and Wireless Networks (Mesh, Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint).
- Proficiency in operating LAN and WAN equipment and troubleshooting complex software, hardware, and network problems.
- Knowledge of Mikrotik/Ubiquiti Wireless Mesh architectures and CCTV Cameras.
- Experience with Fiber, including layouts, uses, and different types.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including documentation of procedures, standards, and activities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and provide oversight for assigned projects.
- Strong coordinating skills and some project management experience.
- Research and development capabilities.
