Tafari Capital is seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to ensure that our bank meets all regulatory requirements set by the Lesotho Central Bank. If you have a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs within the financial sector, this role is for you!

• Oversee and enforce compliance with Lesotho Central Bank regulations and other relevant laws.
• Develop and maintain internal policies, guidelines, and procedures for compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement.
• Provide training to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders on compliance status and any policy updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
