Position: Assistant Customer Service Consultant
Required Minimum Qualifications anf Experience:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience
Purpose of the Job:
• The Assistant Customer Service Consultant shall be responsible for all clerical jobs in the Customer Service Department and in particular;
• Receipt, Registration and filing of both Electronic and Physical Orders/Requisition
• Generation of Quotations for Regular Stock Items
• Responsible for the welfare of call in and visiting customers and other department visitors
Duties:
• Timely receipt and recording of incoming orders/requisitions in the Customer Order Register
• Respond to enquiries on product availability and prices.
• Liaise with Logistics and Administration Departments on daily deliveries and inform Customers accordingly.
• Maintain client orders/requisition register.
• Generate Lead time report using data from the Customer Order register and dispatch loading book.
• Ensure prompt attention and service to call in customers.
• Carry out any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
