Position: Business Development Manager (Project-Based)

Description:
Ora Animation Hub is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and secure more animation projects. This is a project-based role where you will be compensated for every successful client or contract you secure.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ora Animation Hub.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Pitch animation services to businesses, brands, and content creators.
• Work closely with the project manager and marketing team to align business strategies with client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the creative or media industry.
• Proven track record of securing deals and growing a client base.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on a commission-based structure and deliver results.

Compensation:
Commission-based, with a percentage of each deal or project secured. Exact rates will be discussed based on project size and complexity.
