Description:
Ora Animation Hub is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help us grow our client base and secure more animation gigs. This is a project-based position with flexible hours, and you’ll be compensated based on the success of your marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Ora Animation Hub’s services.
• Manage social media accounts and grow our online presence.
• Identify potential clients and outreach opportunities to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials for campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or outreach.
• Strong understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and track results.

Compensation:
Commission-based on successful lead generation and project acquisition. A percentage of each deal closed will be paid based on the project value.
