Responsible for the overall management of the Dealers & Terminals functional teams. This includes crafting and implementation of the Dealer channel and Terminals strategy, effective management of the various channels for airtime, starter packs and devices, ensuring continuous performance and achievement of KPI’s, management of divisional expenditure, management of teams (both internal staff and contracted teams as well as the management of all key projects within the S& D portfolio
Key Accountabilities
Leads S & D projects e.g. Subscriber registration, Online Store and programmes to completion
Works closely with CVM, Marketing, Brand, Prepaid, COPS to align and achieve objectives
Active member of the S&D leadership team
Determines and communicates the Dealers and Terminals strategy
Manages Dealers and Terminals performance
Manages the acquisition expenditure and the subsidy budget
• Creates Dealers & Terminals commercial plans as per company planning cycles

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a commercial related course
3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales & Distribution
Basic knowledge of the Telecoms business and value chain and sound knowledge of distribution models and route-to-market.
