• General Accounting/bachelor’s degree in accounting OR Equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Lesotho Institute of Accountant membership will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks).
• Code B Drivers Licence is required.

• Monitor and review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial regulations, tax laws, and local legislation.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure efficient financial management across all operations
• Ensuring prompt suppliers’ payments.
• Petty Cash Management.
• Processing Monthly Payroll.
• Raising month end journals timeously.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Developing monthly working paper file.
• Providing POS system support to other departments.
• Maintaining a proper filing system.
• Safeguarding of Assets.
