About You

Key Responsibilities:
- Help betPawa customers get the best experience possible while using our products
- Be available to support clients through email, chats, and calls
- Be flexible and available to work 24/7 on scheduled shifts.
- Show initiative in amplifying the voice of the customer to advance business objectives
- Participate in diverse company projects for professional growth
What we are looking for?
- At least 2 years of college education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sesotho and English.
- Previous experience in customer support
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision
- A genuine interest in helping others and providing exceptional service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
- Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is a plus.
