The successful candidate will work closely with and report directly to the Clients Service Manager – Maseru.????????????????????????????????????????:As an applicant, please verify the legitimacy of this job advert on our company career page.???????????????? ????????????????????????????:To render service to clients with good customer care, in line with business rules and principles.????????????????????????????????????????????????:• Degree in Business Management or equivalent, with 2 year’s experience in Customer Services.• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.???????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:• Service rendering to clients in line with business rules.• Receipting of cash premiums.• Accurate processing of policy holder’s benefits payments in line with internal procedures and guideline.• Optimized customers care and quality of service.• Effective communication to clients and reliability in keeping promises.• Accurate filing of processed claims documents for convenient availability upon request.• Productivity reporting through consistent tracker completion.• Positive outcome from customer satisfaction feedback tracking.• Excellent contribution in team achievements.• Client retention.• Relodging of payment instructions.• Client satisfaction and minimum turnaround times.• Processing of all types of payments to policy holders within agreed turnaround times.• Responsiveness, reliability and fulfilling promises made to client at service level.• Contribute innovative ideas that can enhance client satisfaction in client meetings.• Take ownership for own learning and development.????????????????????????????????????????????????:• Strong and effective communication skills-Ability to converse confidently with clients• Ability to analyse and resolve queries and to follow through on outstanding issues• High level of integrity.
