To service and sell Liberty Life Lesotho financial solutions. To maintain a policy life cycle, client retention and ensuring exceptional customer experience is always prevalent.

The roles will be based in Maseru (2) and Leribe (1).

???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:

• Client service activities.

• Engage in client onboarding activities.

• Take part in premium administration roles

• Administration of claims (Life, Groups and bancassurance).

• Report writing on performed activities.

• Ensure that daily activities are operating in a risk cautious culture.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field plus 1 year experience.

• Diploma in Business Management or related field plus 2 years’ experience.

????????????????????????????????????:

• Customer centric.

• Time management.

• Interpersonal skills.

• Communication skills.

• Integrity and self driven.

• Ability to cope with pressure.

• Proficient use of MS Office Suite and other online applications.

• Experience in the customer service environment (preferably in an Insurance Sector).
