Specialist: Marketing
This multifaceted role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, managing promotional activities, executing campaigns,
organizing events, and administering supply chain management. The ideal candidate with a strong background in marketing
within the telecoms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure that campaign Terms and Conditions are adhered to per submissions made to the Telecommunications Regulator
- Organize, coordinate and execute events such as product launches, trade shows, and customer appreciation events flawlessly.
- Ensure that campaigns and events are executed within the set budget
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling content for campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize customer feedback to refine marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
- Administrate and collaborate with finance, supply chain, legal and other relevant departments to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience in marketing, event planning, contract management and research.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
