Reports to: National Marketing & Sales Manager
Location: Maseru Central, North, and South
We are looking for driven individuals with hunger to sell insurance products and lead a team of sales agents, for position of Team Leaders, in the North, South and Central regions of Maseru. Team Leader is also expected to recruit own team of sales agents.

• Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
•Generate new business.
•Lead a team of Field Sales Agents
•Provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
•Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
•Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
•Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
•Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
•Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients’ needs.
•Presentation skills and ability to bring in group schemes.
•Sales reporting
•Contributing to meeting sales targets.

•Previous experience in Insurance.
•Thorough knowledge of industry.

•Valid driver’s license is a MUST
