We are looking for highly driven, self-motivated individuals who are also extremely sales oriented, to fill the position of Field Sales Agents. The incumbents should be highly energetic, dynamic and know how to sell funeral products.

•Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.
•Generate new business.
•Provide insurance service to Basotho.
•Provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.
•Contacts prospective clients about insurance products and policies.
•Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing insurance coverage.
•Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs.
•Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing insurance policies.
•Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients’ needs.
•Assists clients with filing insurance claims.
•Contributing to meeting sales targets.

•Previous experience in Insurance.
•Thorough knowledge of selling funeral products.
•Sales acumen.
•Solid understanding of policies and products.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
