Overview:
The DREAMS Ambassador is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the DREAMS (Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe) program activities under the BOKAMOSO project. Reporting to the DREAMS Manager, this role will ensure that program interventions are delivered effectively and that DREAMS Ambassadors are supported in their roles. The DREAMS Ambassador will work to enhance program impact, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all activities align with USAID guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in program management or field implementation, preferably in health or HIV/AIDS-related programs. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and supporting team members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of USAID regulations and procedures is advantageous.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills relevant to the project location are beneficial.
