Contract Duration: 6 months
Job Description Summary
To provide effective logistics support, assist in fleet management as well as enhance transport services and provide a wide range of expedient support services for the Project staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To provide effective logistics support to the Projects, enhance transport services and provide a wide range of expedient support services for the National Office staff
- To ensure that all errands are carried out in timely manner
- To ensure that vehicles are clean and mechanically sound at all times
- To make sure that all allocated vehicle is regularly checked for any defects
- Communicate World Vision’s Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
- Transport stakeholder, WV staff, sponsors to and from the field in safe manner
- Monitoring mileage travelled through use of logbook
- Adherence of traffic regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years clean experience as a driver
- Minimum COSC/LGCSE, Diploma is an advantage
- Defensive Driving Certificate
- Should be able to communicate in both Sesotho and English
- At least 5 years drivers license

- Personality & temperaments – placid, honest & reliable individual who is a good team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Child and Adult Safeguarding protocols.
- Good knowledge of the country routes.
Work Environment:
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
