????????????????????????????????: MFDF Has received support from US embassy state department to implemeting Community-led monitorying (CLM) project in 21 Health Faccilities in Maseru Districts. CLM is a quality improvement methodology that aims to assess quality of services provided at the health faccilities though conducting exit interviews and community focus groups. CLM Facility Monitor Supervisor will oversee a team of facility monitors, ensuring effective feedback is provided to healthcare facilities and stakeholders. This role is critical for identifying gaps in service delivery and developing actionable plans for improvement.

- Supervision: Lead and mentor facility monitors, providing training and support to enhance their monitoring capabilities.
- Feedback Mechanism: Ensure timely and accurate feedback is communicated to Health facilities and stakeholders based on findings.
- Action Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans addressing identified gaps in service delivery.
- Data Analysis: Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within the facilities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and progress on action plans for stakeholders and Health faccility management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, community members, and other stakeholders to promote a collaborative monitoring environment.
- Capacity Building: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of facility monitors and stakeholders.

- Certificate or Diploma in Public Health, Social Sciences, or similar field.
- Proven experience in community monitoring, data collection and social acountability mechanisms
- Proven experiece supporiting Community HIV/TB oor Health programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Knowledge of Lesotho health system and community system.
Desired Skills: - Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies and tools.
