- Respond promptly to new leads and client inquiries telephonically;
- Schedule and attend client appointments as needed;

- A completed University Bachelor’s Degree or 3 (three) year Diploma is essential;
- Exceptional communication skills in English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient in computer literacy;
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment;
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for learning and growth;
- Any previous work experience dealing with customers is advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence is advantageous
