Poor service
I have been paying the package of 120 monthly.. now my dstv account says i owe 850..please fix that and clear errors.. On the 25th July i received more channels and thats when my bill said i pay due amount of 850 while my monthly pakage if of 120

Very poor expensive service due to monopoly held by DSTV Multichoice
Is this review service anything important. can it yield anything. i paid my account yesterday and till today there is no signal. no one picks up the phone and i have to go back just to ask for a signal. why can't you pick up the phone. were not given that line for that - to be called and to call. that one star representing terrible is a disservice to stars. you are worse than terrible.

Very poor services
I have been requesting for technical help from Multichoice Pioneer they promised to come and check the connection problem but have not done so. It have made 3 requests to this point in time. They do not pick up the landline. The customer service is just poor....period!

I called the number for the multi agency at Pioneer mall after I had paid up my account only to find my service still suspended, but was not put through to the agency. The reason given for this was that the do not take calls at all. I don't have time to go back to the agency, calling SA for support is expensive since one holds for ever before a call is answered.
