Review Very poor expensive service due to monopoly held by DSTV Multichoice

Is this review service anything important. can it yield anything. i paid my account yesterday and till today there is no signal. no one picks up the phone and i have to go back just to ask for a signal. why can't you pick up the phone. were not given that line for that - to be called and to call. that one star representing terrible is a disservice to stars. you are worse than terrible.
